Kazbar Systems have recently had the pleasure of upgrading the Islington recording studios for Bon Music Vision.
The upgrade included:
  • A Mac Pro 16 core 192 gig of ram and 33TB of internal storage 
  • Focal 11Be Speakers 
  • Heritage Audio Ram 500

This is on top of our previous upgrade which included a Shadow Hills Vandergraph, MAAG EQ4, Crane Song Falcon and two Universal Audio Apollo 16 audio Interfaces.
The Bon studio is an amazing production environment based in a warehouse space in North London. This studio has previously given rise to projects for The R.S.A, British Arts Council, The BBC, Channel 4, Boiler Room, Paramount Pictures and Nowness, to name but a few.

 

Bon Music Vision Studio Upgrade

 

Bon consists of the duo Yerosha Windrich (Warp Publishing) and Alex Morris (Bucks Music Publishing), a mixed race, male & female composer/producer couple based in East London. 

Bon grew out of a desire to amplify the unheard in the spirit of British Sound System and Rave culture, and the philosophy of inclusion that lies in its roots. Their work focuses on LBGTQI and POC voices in the creative disciplines of music and video.

Bon have recently had releases with  Hyperdub RecordsWarp recordsMixpak Uno NycThis month they have a EP project with Alxndr London  which will be out on Friday the 30th October 2020, and their work on the Paramount Pictures Film Spell is due to be released on Saturday the 31th October 2020.
