Kazbar Systems and EPA Sound has been proud to sponsor the 2018 season of The Vinyl Scratch open mic mic competition at Tileyard Studios.
The EPA Sound Trio sound system has played a key part due to it’s excellent sound dispersion and clarity within a challenging, largely glass building with zero feedback. The speakers have always been placed behind the stage and mics allowing the greatest use of space for the event. This truly shows EPA Sound’s versatility.
Top brass from the industry judges the vent from Autonomy Music, Syco Music, Tileyard Music and Big Indie Records. The winner was granted access to Tileyard Education’s Summer Music Camp(worth £1999!), a meeting with Big Indie Records, and a half-day recording in TYe London’s world-class studio (used by Duke Dumont, Sam Smith, Ella Eyre).
The winner was the excellent band Begut lead by lead vocalist Bea who are now discussing their way forward with Big Indie!!
