Support Contracts

We recognise that not all of our clients have the time or inclination to maintain or support their recording systems, keeping DAWs,
pluggins and operating systems updated. 

To help our clients maintain a stable and reliable system, the Kazbar technical team can provide ongoing
remote or onsite support relieving the burden of software updates and compatibility concerns. 

 

We offer two types of support contracts:  

Our Gold Support Package includes 
First, second and third line support 
4 days onsite support per year (one day per quarter) 
Unlimited telephone and remote support for incidents  
Advice and guidance on all aspects of music technology and recording techniques.


Our Silver Support Package includes
Unlimited telephone and remote support
Discounted onsite service and support 
Advice and guidance on all aspects of music technology and recording techniques. 

 

**Please note; the support contracts do not include subscription costs to software manufacturers such as Waves and Avid etc**
