The Studio Electronics Boomstar 3003 is a monophonic analogue synthesizer with a low pass filter based on the legendary Roland TB-303.

The Boomstar 3003 includes a low-pass filter based on one of the most legendary bass synths, the Roland TB-303. The Boomstar 3003 makes it easier than ever to get the iconic TB-303 sound that defined house music in the 80s.

The Boomstar 3003 is one of Studio Electronics Boomstar Synthesizer range, all fully analogue with discrete circuitry, the Boomstar range look to combine the sounds of different generations to create the ultimate desktop synthesizer. Housed in a sturdy steel chassis are two oscillators, the first capable of producing sine, triangle, saw and square waveforms, while the second produces triangle, saw or square waveforms. The 3003 includes what you'd expect from a Studio Electronics analogue synth in regards to routing and modulation, two envelopes, cross and ring modulation, standard LFO controls, CV Gate and MIDI I/O.

Does 303 better than anything else

The sound of this synth is more acid than anything else I've heard recently, well built sounds wicked.
