Client Requirement: To re-wire and provide additional cabling and patchbay solutions for the clients new studio along with assist with supplying, installing and cabling new equipment.
Songwriter/Composer/Producer Vasco is a long term resident of West London’s Matrix Recording Studio Complex. When a larger studio room became available within Matrix, Vasco decided it was time to make the move and upscale his current recording equipment to make use of the larger control room. Vasco also decided that the existing vocal booth was not large enough for recording drums or multiple musicians in one session, the solution was to modify a reception space within the studio and turn it into a live room.

Dave Eccleston, Technical Manager at Kazbar Systems assisted Vasco from the very start by listening to Vasco’s requirements for the new live room and advising on the live feeds and headphone returns between the live room and control room then integrating this specification and designing a suitable patchbay layout.
Dave also provided the technical solution for integrating all of Vasco’s existing equipment plus providing the cabling specification for cabling additional equipment within the control room all to patchbay.
Part of this specification was cabling and integrating a vintage TLA M4 Mixing Console for tracking and summing purposes.

All cabling was manufactured by Kazbar Systems along with live room wall boxes, design, manufacturing and routing through to the control room patchbay.
