Description
The Tierra Audio Canyon 16 Summing Mixer comes with an INSERT through which you may incorporate to the mixer bus whatever effect you can think of, equalizer, compressor…
However, the fun has not ended yet. Thanks to the BLEND control you may choose the ratio of dry to wet signal. This will allow you to perform operations such as parallel compression bringing consistency to the mixes without losing a shred of punch or ease.
Step out of the computer
Do your mixes seem small compared to those of the greatest sound engineers? You are in the right place.
Canyon will offer you the quality everybody seeks inside the analogue world, providing your signal with the even harmonics’ excitation, the linear phase distortion, and the spatial dimension you can only find in the analogue sphere.
Canyon 16 Summing Mixer MKII – Humanise your mixes
We all love the digital world’s virtues, but sometimes the results turn out to be cold and distant.
Therefore, the Canyon 16 Summing Mixer will bring such a sense of humanity and authenticity back to the resulting sound, that you will never want to export a track “in the box” anymore.
Mixer bus direct access
Do you think 16 channels are not enough for your mixes? No problem!
Through the MIX IN/OUT port of your Canyon 16 Summing Mixer, you will be able to link different Canyons up to 48 channels in the same mixer bus. Expand the possibilities of the analogue addition for the most demanding mixes.
Tierra Green – Growing forests with your sound
TIERRA Green is born, and with it our firm compromise to plant a tree for every device that will be sold.
For the time being we have bought 30.000 square meters of fertile land located in the north of Spain, where we do wish to one day grow a forest.

Canyon 16 Summing Mixer MKII – 10 Reasons to test it:
Handmade with love in Madrid
In order to guarantee the correct electron flux of the analog signal, we put together the finest “through hole” components, instead of robotically assembled miniaturized components. In this way we reduce to the minimum the electronic friction to enhance the thermal response of the equipment and avoid background noises.
Triad Magnetics® transformer
VU meters
Each Canyon 16 Summing Mixer also contains two excellent VU meters so that you can accurately control the gain levels of the analog signal.
Gold plated connectors
When speaking about true ProAudio, all the links of the recording chain are fundamental. Gold plated connectors guarantee the best connectivity, and a total absence of contact noise as well. A real piece of jewellery in your hands.
Made of pure cherry wood
A picture is worth a thousand words. So, we wanted to ensure that you will know that your Canyon 16 Summing Mixer has the makings of a champion only by looking at it. Finished with a warm and resistant natural cherry wood paneling, from sustainable forests, we ensure better thermal insulation and surprising aesthetics. Technology and art in a superb symbiosis.
Light and robust
By building our products in aluminium, we ensure the highest durability, lightness, corrosion resistance, and thermal insulation. Besides all this, aluminium is an easily recyclable metal that always retains its properties, avoiding indiscriminate exploitation. Makes sense, doesn’t it?
Paulownia packaging
Despite its lightness, Paulownia (or Kiri) wood is very impact and twisting resistant. This allows us to protect your device and reduce pollutant emissions during the shipping process. It is also very resistant to moisture, ideal for device protection. On the other hand, Paulownia is the fastest growing tree which makes it a very sustainable option.
Branded by fire
We want you to use your Canyon 16 Summing Mixer intensively for decades. That is the reason why the frontal and back panels are laser engraved, avoiding deletion or damage of the screen printing over metal or wood, through time.
Canyon 16 Summing Mixer MKII – Certified of authenticity and quality
With your Canyon 16 Summing Mixer, you will get a Certificate of Authenticity and Quality, sealed and signed by hand, that contains the results of the technical measurements conducted over the equipment during our extensive quality control. Thoroughness, transparency, and a 5-years warranty.
One device, one tree
Not only do we create the best products, but we also care about the environment. Therefore, we commit ourselves to plant a tree in exchange for each sold device. You may visit it whenever you want!
