Cable Installation & Equipment Upgrade for London’s The Plush House Studios
Kazbar Systems has just completed the cabling installation for London’s The Plush House Studio. The Plush House equipment specification included a Prism Orpheus audio interface, a Universal Audio 1176 Compressor, Thermionic Culture Earl Bird 2.2 Dual Channel Valve Preamp and an Avid Artist Control & Mix based DAW fader control system. Speaker monitoring is the Event Opals Active Monitor Speakers.
Michael from The Plush House was recommended to Kazbar Systems to assist with the final cabling of the equipment to 96-way Bantam Patchbay along with wiring of the studio Vocal Booth. The Vocal Booth required a long audio connection from the Vocal Booth (including specifying and connecting a wall box consisting of audio sends and headphone/talkback returns) back to the Patchbay.
The Plush House also upgraded their monitoring and talkback control by purchasing a Dangerous Music D-Box Monitor Control System allowing for external connectivity too with all the connections added to the Patchbay installation.
