Client Requirement: Re positioning and calibration of Martin Audio AQ 28 Cabinet Speakers in newly refurbished The Long Bar and installation of Soundweb Control System
Back in 2011, Kazbar Systems were contacted to provide the sound design and installation for the then Market Bar & Kitchen, part of the Raddison Edwardian chain of hotels. Fast forward to 2017 and the hotel and bar are now part of the luxury Harbour Hotel & Spa chain and have undergone a complete transformation.
Our team were contacted during the latter part of the hotel upgrade to assist with re positioning of the Martin Audio AQ 28 Cabinet Speakers and the Martin Audio AQ212 Sub Woofer plus installation and technical sound design of a BSS Soundweb System including programming. The Soundweb was installed into the original rack room where the Martin Audio MA3.0 Amplifiers are situated. The Soundweb also provides the Sound Limiter for the venue.
Our team installed a BSS BLU-3 Source Selector/Wall Controller to the new location for the previously supplied Pioneer CDJ200 DJ Players and Pioneer Nexus 2000 Mixer. Prior to handover, the system was completed with a full sound test.
